Who are we? The MIBCON Group
We are an SAP partner and the sole representative for Slovakia and the Czech Republic in the prestigious international global alliance United VARs. We mainly focus on the implementation of SAP information systems. We keep track of new technologies and SAP products. Together, we deliver local and international projects, from process analysis all the way to support.
MIBCON Group is characterized by mutual cooperation, freedom, and responsibility. We work collaboratively, yet everyone acts independently, complementing each other well. We share our knowledge with one another, and technical discussions are part of our daily routine. You will be the master of your own time, which is why we place great emphasis on responsibility and independence.
We are strong because we are part of the MIBCON Group, which consists of 7 companies and 2 start-ups focusing on different—not only SAP—technologies with an emphasis on high-level expertise (more than 300 people in total). Put simply, if you’re not familiar with something, you always have someone to consult and ask, and usually someone among us already has experience with it. We regularly share knowledge and learn from each other. What matters most to us is helping each other. The MIBCON Group motto is: Working together. What one of us knows, they are happy to pass on to other “Mibconians”.
In Slovakia, we are represented by the company MIBFORMA. Our team consists of 30 people in total—younger team members, middle-aged colleagues, as well as senior, experienced veterans.
In our free time, we enjoy riding bikes, sometimes even commuting to work. We take part in the “Bike to Work” initiative. In general, we enjoy sports and love spending time outdoors.
You will also find people among us who love photography, chess, motorbikes, music, and many other things.
